  • Great video.

  • what song is this?

  • Capt Carey F Grimes, Portsmouth Light Artillery CSA. Defender of Gosport veteran of the seven days campaign and Malvern Hill..unlimbered his battalion of three companies, four guns each above Pipers Farm on the Hagerstown Turnpike posted to drive the enemy back. While directing his batteries fire he was shot from his horse; to die on the field of honor 17 Sep 1862 Sharpsburg, MD.

Such is my family's heritage in the War of Nothern Aggression ; American history past should never be abandoned.

  • McClellan, if he were a real man, would have put Lee down at Antietam.

I live just down the road and it is something else to walk the Mumma Cornfield, where 7000 Union men fell in 5 hours or in the Sunken Road/Bloody Lane/Roulette Farm where 5000 Union and Confederates fell. Few places I have ever been are quite so powerful.

  • You have to ask Why was war for the rich to gain just for the MONEy to be made at the cost of ones life. Look at the war in Afganistan WHy? Too many good young men go for naught.

  • Looks good, try another song.
