Here are a couple things you might want to know about Albert Stubblebine. The first on is that he retired in 1984.

It may have something to do with his penchant for trying to walk through walls. He was a member of something called the The First Earth Battalion. They believe deeply in something called the miracle human. This, in short, says that humans can bend the laws of physics at will. Or manipulate them. It is here that he SERIOUSLY believes he can walk through walls.
