Not fair. That casino had all the money already to pay. Remember its the casino which wins most of the time. They should pay that winner and if they dont i will never visit them again, and everyone who reads this too.

this casino pays out, and does not cheat, they cant cheat all they want, the n.m. gamming commision is there to make sure of that, it was a clear malfunction, i no the stereotype "the indians can cheat u all they want", its not like that, they dont have that much control

He can sue in Federal Court. They are still bound. It does not matter if it is a reservation or not. I do not think he will win, however.

I have to agree with the casino..I have been playing casino machines for 30 years and I would know what the maximum jackpot was I could win..If it was say $50,000 and I saw the machine say $1,500,000 I would know something was wrong somewhere

I'd have to agree with the casino on this one. The machine says the maximum winning is $2,500, so he shall receive. The machine really messed up, and the guy doesn't deserve a million.
