You have shoulder pain. I have shoulder, neck, and back pain from a car crash. Screeeeech! Boom! The ONLY thing that works for me is B&T Arniflora arnica gel. My man has strong hands and he massages the gel in as hard as he can into the muscles there and it actually helps. Go to your health food store and buy a tube. Give it a try.
