@yelkaim1 I'm a thin boy, and i think im an ectomorph.
Going to the gym alot isn't a problem for me; its changing my eating ways. Do you have any tricks or ideas how to eat alot, withouth it taking alot of time?
also; when i do belly-excersizes, it sometimes starts to burn a bit and i have alot of trouble breathing while doing the excersize. I notice other people have it too. Does that mean that im doing it right, or should i do less weight more reps?
TY for posting this video it was very informative. I was wondering if there would be a more specific way to train your speed if it was for basketball?
I remember Thierry Henry, (since u were into soccer, I'm sure u know who im referring to) once mentioned that you cannot ever improve speed and pace significantly. maybe a little bit, but never a big jump. He believes that you are born with deadly speed..What do u have to say about that?
@plnashwing89 the genetic excuse is just a load of crap. people are so quick to blame all their shortcomings to genetics. let your kid sit on his ass his whole life and believe me he's not going to be much of an athlete, feed your kids crap while they grow up and believe me they wont be very healthy or athletic, genetic does play a little part in it but nothing significant at all. people like to blame their problems on things they can't control.
@plnashwing89 the genetic excuse is a spit to the face of all those great athletes who put in thousands of hours of work and made countless sacrifices to get where there are at. cristiano ronaldo is the prime example.
hey Yuri! I've been watching your videos for a while now and I find them very useful, thanks for that, and by the way....you remind me of a younger version of George Clooney. Cheers!
Five and a half minute video to tell you to Google foot speed.
