They started doing this before the movie "kick ass" came out... and most of them are ex-military and/or ex-police. They do martial arts training, work out at the gym... when they travel to another city on a vacation or something they usually hit up the superheroes group for that city and patrol. They are willing to risk their own life for random people.... Trust me I don't think it would be wise to mess with them....

I patrol the streets as a super hero too. Im Shadow-Fox, Im trying to get on that site but I dont know how. Of course unlike these guys, I carry around stuff with me, like nunchakues and batons.
You don't need a mask, cape, utility belt, or super powers to be a hero. Every day, Firefighters, Police, Doctors, Paramedics, Soldiers, good samaritans, people who give to charities, people who donate food and clothes, people who run soup kitchens, etc. make a difference in someone else's life, and are considered heroes.
The difference between them, and the "costumed heroes" popping up? They don't need flashy costumes, recognition, or a thank you. They do it because it's the right thing.

Cartoons are one thing, real life is another. Most of these guys think they help people,but this is real life. You get put into jail for killing bad guys and cutting off their arms. They have no training, all they do is run around in capes with weapons doing "good deeds". well it's not bad, but I'm pretty sure 1 out of three will get injured and prob killed one day

After hearing of these so-called real-life superheroes for the first time i was excited and wanted to know everything about them, but after keeping tabs on them for a while i got a little disappointed.
I mean, giving blood, raise money, help homeless and help old ladies across the street are things you can do without wearing a mask or costume. I help people all the time, but i don't wear a cape or have my own theme song:

OK...listen dude. Everyone in this video besides Death's Head Moth and Giest r retarded becuz they dont actually get what the real life superhero project is about. It's about being actually helpful and being a vigilante. An dwhat do u mean when you say that people would rather go with thier attacker than Death's Head Moth? and what makes Giest look like a archeologist? He also knows how to take sum1 on...and they also carry legal weaponry and use bullet proof vests.

lots of these people are just dumb, but some just dress up for fun and go do things like help out homeless by giving them food and clothes bought with there own money, which i think is pretty cool, but the fat people in suites who "imma beat up bad guys" without any skill or any thing, just stop doing what your doing

You don't need a mask, cape, utility belt, or super powers to be a hero. Every day, Firefighters, Police, Doctors, Paramedics, Soldiers, good samaritans, people who give to charities, people who donate food and clothes, people who run soup kitchens, etc. make a difference in someone else's life, and are considered heroes.
The difference between them, and the "costumed heroes" popping up? They don't need flashy costumes, recognition, or a thank you. They do it because it's the right thing.

My costume-
-I would wear a full-face helmet(Motorcycle,etc.)offers most protection,and completely covers facial features.
-Costume would be leather: Offers most cushon,and resistance to things like knifes,while still being flexible.
-Would have gloves..No fignerprints and protects knuckles.i would put something like lead or brass in the knuckles.
-I would make lead or brass "pads" for knees/elbows. Both an offensive and defensive measure.
-for weapons i'd use something like kick-ass.

Cartoons are one thing, real life is another. Most of these guys think they help people,but this is real life. You get put into jail for killing bad guys and cutting off their arms. They have no training, all they do is run around in capes with weapons doing "good deeds". well it's not bad, but I'm pretty sure 1 out of three will get injured and prob killed one day

Yeah... Once I was training using the rooftops as my obsitacl course (full ninja guise and an actual sword for real life accurate training) and I saw a chick getting mugged, I dropped down and drew my sword, damn near cut the guys arm off. So it was a good day for me, all in all.
