@9999889 am maybe you didnt do something good during install...Make sure you folow this...typical install, TICK OFF(DISABLE, UNSELECT..) "I agree to participate in eset live grid", chose option "enable detection of...", once install finishes, chose activate product with username and pass, copy the user and pass in description in the boxes and it should work, at least it worked for me ;)

@MikeVanDalen1996 no you dont have to uninstall it, when there is a new version, you can simply update your serial key by opening up your NOD32 anti virus 5 and then go to the update tab and click on "product" activation and put in the serial keys i provide, and if it doesnt work just send me a message and i will update the serial ^^
