@1OfTheMysteriousAce You just go to Battle.Net in the main warcraft menu (In game) and press "Custom Game" for modded maps, and press "play game" for a normal warcraft 3 map :D

Hey, I've made a map just to try out, and every player's units are moving and stuff, everything is ok, but the creeps (neutral - both hostile and not) aren't appearing when I try out my map... Could you tell me what's wrong with it and how I fix it? thanks

@TheBer352 If the creeps are too close to the starting locations they will not spawn, that could be the issue, depends on how big the map is and how close to the base the creeps were put.

Thanks for remembering. Anyways, I (like only I do), like meedling with things, so I just searched on and on until I found the problem by myself.

I planned something like: a big battle, you started with some units battling neutral. The problem came when I did put the player's units..

I found the solution when I opened trigger editor: delete the melee map - remove creeps from... thats how

Hello, i created a cool map but I added some buildings and units and when I saved it it said it is a campaign map now and not melee. When I go to play my map in frozen throne it loads up but only shows one player. I put in 4 different spawn locations and set it up to be user played. any suggestions on how to make it a 4 player map?

You have to go to the Player Properties (check end of video) and set it to USER/COMPUTER.

If you play on BNet u should know what the difference is ..

But anyways melee is the official RTS kind of map in WC3

Any other map that alters the gameplay in any way is NOT a melee map !

Hostiles, depending on what they are... Are spawned through you or triggers...

@Hektesh59 Ill tell u ( A melee map is a stratagey map which is a battling map, such as battling multiplayer or the computer) And a campaign map is like quest and stuff (Saving, destroying things or people etc)
