As for the idea of amending the Brit flag to include the Welsh there's two options.
1. Put a dragon on it. That would be cool.
2. Wait a couple of years til Scotland regains its independence and replace the blue bits of the union jack with green bits from the Welsh flag. That would be a fair and balanced reflection of the new political status quo but obviously not as cool as a dragon.
