@kyoukilis20 Yes, they can. Ozomatli the band wrote original music. Chali 2na the individual MC chose to use the same lyrics he used for a different song. The rest of the band doesn't have to relinquish the work that they did.

@emileta it may not necessarily be a percussion instrument... a lot of times, the recording engineers will use other random objects to use to make specific sounds... i'm not sure, but i do know that if you have a largish metal bowl, put a little water in the bottom, hit the side with another metal object and swish the water around at the same time, it makes a sound kind of like that... pretty awesome lol
