it came out on the 31st of july 2008 in japan but there is no western release scheduled

this game is only available in Japan and it is for the nintendo wii so you need a japanese wii to play it.

its a mixture, there is kanji & hiragana. How are you going to translate it if you can't recognise kanji or hiragana?

The game isnt actually banned, the reason it wont be released is because nintendo & tecmo never sorted the western publishing rights out.

some of you who think the wii is just for kids is wrong. the wii pretty much has a variety of games that are entertaining. instead of judging you should try the playing resident evil 4 for the wii and oplaying it for other systems you wii see a change of gameplay that will change your mind bout the wii.

Different time line, different characters. Each Fatal Frame has taken place in a different location. The thing that tied the first three together were characters, that was about it.

Im afraid not there is a regional lockout on all consoles so they can only play games from the region PAL/SECAM:UK & Europe, NTSC-U: USA & Canada, NTSC-J:Japan asia also have its own region

It was my first play through I work up through the difficulty levels in order cause I dont want to play the game for 5 hours and then have done with it :( .....it spoils it that way...
