Ok so actually video poster solved the difficult bit, the english. The itallian is simple.

Literally "Hey, Don't give it to me in the ass, ok?"
Better translated "Don't try to f** me in the ass," or "don't screw around with me"
Actualy i've wondered for ages what the english bit that follows is, up till "boston"
