Being (supposedly as a lot of ppl claim) more athletic, faster, stronger does not make really make someone a better "basketball player", if anything it only makes 1 a "better athlete" sure it will be a good addition, but we all (should) know that it needs to be complemented with full knowledge, understanding, execution of the fundamentals of the game of basketball. Fundamentals is lacking in today's basketball right now sadly.

Not very many. This game really shows how they used to try to beat down the bulls and MJ especially. The Pistons were the same way and worse for the 1990 and 1991 playoff battles. No easy baskets!

Yeah please watch this series again. Game 1 watch Oakley go at Cartwright's head. Game 3 when Jordan goes to the hoops Xavier McDaniel tries to take him out. There are many more examples. Although I do agree that the Pistons were a dirtier team overall. The Knicks just had the muscle.

Wow do i miss 90's b-ball. Especially series' like this one. Look at how physical they were with each other. No way could it be like that today. The refs are so quick to call a foul for the slightest bump or touch. The battles between the Bad Boy Pistons and The Bulls were great as well.

nothing better than bulls/knicks playoffs in 92 and 93. its even better than bulls/pistons b/c the bulls were champs and had to reach down deep to find a way to win
