  • Why do media keep saying 9 witnesses, their was 34. That what get me about this case.

  • Why so many people want him free he is a damn copkiller / or better he was a damn cop killer !!! Now the world is a better place!

  • @BrokkoliToast it doesnt matter nobody should be executed. an execution is even murder

Was ist denn mit "in God we trust?"

  • I decided to put an english translation of my comment ,for the english users !

"In my opinon; a human who fucked children, raped & murdered has no right to live & on the point it´s simply; a Country ( at least civilized countrys like the USA ) do not execute indiscriminately humans but only the persons they have deserves death & because of that it´s right and indiscriminate killing cops is unjustified.Put yourself in the situation of the family from the murdered cop!"

    Just think aboout it !

  • @BrokkoliToast Uh, did you hear that three of the witnesses recanted?

  • so do proponents of his salvation think we should convert his sentence into his life sentence? I didnt know we give life if your 67% guilty and death if 100% guilty.

  • he will die from Crack anyway....

  • Is he dead yet?

  • He is innocent!

  • Al Sharpton smells

  • Okay, I didn't get it or what? He is getting a death sentence for just killing a cop? That is so not right, I mean, just because he killed, does not mean he has to die. This death sentence's are really bad. If you take someones life, you go with them too, it means like that, which is so not normal.

  • @DRWRITER09 The problem is the generalizations. I would never say ALL white americans are racist nor can you say african american feel we have the right to be racist back. As far as our country has come, we all would be ignorant to believe that racism no longer exist. Though it may not be the cause of all the problems we face it plays a major componet or barrier often times in the process to correct problems. I LOVE all people and wish that all people felt the same way but...

  • They should kill his ass !

  • @Sabonim4thdan Somebody should kill yo ass

  • 0:20 Happy niggers

  • No killing, abusing, or neglecting/denying each prisoner of access to daily minimum: 3cup veggies, 2cup fruit, 4oz whole grain, 1cup beans, 1.5oznuts, #of calories/height, air quality index 0-50, 8teaspoon toothpaste, floss, healthcare. • fuckin sharpton

  • Though i understand the impulse behind the death penalty, i find it despicable in authoritarian states, and totally unfathomable for a democratic country. In most European countries, it has been abolished for more than 30 years (in Greece it has not been carried out for more than forty years and abolished since 1974). Despite that, the levels of crime are measurably lower than in the USA, so i can't really understand what its effective purpose is...

  • @Anagnostis79 Why in hell do you think that it works that way? I've lived in other countries and cannot understand why the more we put them to sleep the more take their places on death row.

Do you know of any studies? I wonder if it's just because we live a little harder?

  • @Anagnostis79 That is because European countries have a more homogeneous population than we do. In this country, you will find that 12% of the population commits more than 50% of the crime. Look it up.

  • Al Sharpton is actually Aretha Franklin with a fake moustache.

  • You see, if the man was white Al Sharpton wouldn't be there.

  • honestly Al Sharpton go to hell, this man killed a police officer and you call for justice in the killers favor… bullshit

  • 1:09 God has no plan for that of a killer, Thou shalt not kill it is the most darkened commandment, and its word is above that of a few witnesses, and a judge.

  • Did they wack him in the end? its 2011 now...

  • It figures that Al Sharpton would be there. If the guy was white would he still be there?

  • @dao3rd123 al sharpton was alive in the 60's, he is proud to be an african american, and is also a gay rights activist. NUff said...

  • Waisting my time.

  • THERE YOU HAVE IT, BLACKS GET AWAY WITH MURDER. FUCK YALL

  • DAVIS WAS NOT GRANTED A RETRIAL.

  • There is reason to think that Davis is not guilty. The cops wanted to clear this case quickly, and coerced people into giving testimony they later recanted. The evidence was all circumstantial, and no murder weapon was ever found. To put it bluntly, the cops don't care whether Davis is guilty or not as long as SOMEONE gets executed for killing one of theirs.

  • @Largo64 Oh, stop with the lies! Read the damn memorandum of facts. He's guilty. He had the opportunity to present evidence of his innocence and the court found it to be nothing but "smoke and mirrors."

  • @choppedpeanuts1 Whose memorandum of "facts?" Seven of the nine witnesses against him have recanted their testimony. Do you know what recanted means? They said they had lied under pressure from the cops. Don't call me a liar when you're getting your "facts" out of your ass.

  • @Largo64 The memo, of facts and opinion by the USDC after the hearings this summer, you idiot. You and the other murderer lovers are the ones getting the facts out of your ass. I can't dumb down a 174 pg. opinion to 250 characters, so I suggest your read it though I know you won't. Nope, you will stick with the dishonest thug lover sound bites. It's the end of the road for Davis and he should be back on the execution calender sometime this year. Go find another murderer to slobber over.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 Nobody deserves to be executed, no matter what he has done. The death penalty should be abolished in the US, as it has already been in other civilized countries. Our states now follow the example of North Korea, China, Iran and Saudi Arabia. No state should kill its own people. Execution solves nothing, brings back no victims, deters no one, and actually costs more than lifetime incarceration. There is nothing good about it.

  • @Largo64 He was convicted of capital murder. Hell yes, he deserves to be executed. No one cares about your personal feelings about the DP. The majority of people support capital punishment and it is the law in Georgia. We also follow the example of Japan. There is nothing to be admired about states who value the lives of the guilty over the lives of the innocence. I want to protect innocent life where you only want to spare the guilty. You're morally bankrupt.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 I care about innocents, too. That's why I want the death penalty abolished. Not because no one deserves to be executed, but because it is impossible never to execute the wrong person. Davis may very well be a case in point. As I said, he was convicted on purjured testimony, and convicted for possessing a weapon that was never found. I don't want to spare the guilty from punishment, only from death. We don't need to kill them. Why does the idea of killing appeal to you so much?

  • @ choppedpeanuts1 I will repeat here, YOU don't seem to care whether he was guilty or not. Then you say that I am morally bankrupt. You should take a good look at yourself. Why would you be satisfied to see this man killed? Are you related to the man he is supposed to have killed? At least that would give you a personal reason. But even then, how could you not care that the evidence against Davis has been called into serious doubt?

  • @Largo64 No, I will repeat here: You are the one who doesn't give a crap about guilt or innocence. You are the one who will lie about evidence in order to falsely claim that Davis is not guilty. There is no doubt about Davis guilt. He has lost appeal after appeal. The USSC should have never granted this last hearing but they did, with the result being that Davis is still guilty. Find yourself a new hobby.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 The result of the new hearing was not that Troy Davis is still guilty, but that the prosecutors refused to accept the fact that seven people admitted that they committed perjury under duress. The prosecutors would rather kill a man than admit that they were wrong. What's your excuse?

  • @Largo64 This is the result of the hearing: "The vast majority of the evidence at trial remains intact, and the new evidence is largely not credible or lacking in probative value. ... Mr. Davis is not innocent...."

Keep lying about reading the court's findings. It makes you look like a goof.

  • @Largo64 No, you don't care about innocent life. You want murderers to continue to have the ability to murder. Davis is guilty and none of your weasel words make you credible. Why do you lie so much?

  • @choppedpeanuts1 You don't know what I care about, sonny. Murderers incarcerated do not have the ability to murder anymore. The point was - and is - that executions sometimes take the lives of innocent people. I don't want the state killing people in my name. Why is your attitude so hateful over a disagreement, anyway? Are you related to the cop who was killed? You didn't answer that question before. If not, why are you so passionate about killing Troy Davis? I DID read the document you cited.

  • @Largo64 I know you care about nothing of value. Murderers commit murder in prison, escape and murder, and order people to be murdered outside of the prison. Davis is not innocent. Why do you think that you have the right to lie about this case? And why is your attitude so hateful towards the truth? I don't take orders from you, chump. Why are you so dismissive about the life of Off MacPhail? And no you didn't read the document. Again, stop lying.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 Unless I read the wrong document (you didn't give a link or anything except initials) you are mistaken. We don't agree. That's all. I'm not dismissive of the life of MacPhail. I just asked whether your interest was personal. I am against the death penalty for anyone. We disagree. But there is no excuse for your name-calling. You have called me a liar, said that I don't care about victims, said I was morally bankrupt. You know nothing about me. Everything you've said is a lie.

  • @Largo64 Oh, stop it! You read no documents. It's not a matter of disagreement. I am telling the truth - you are not. The fact that you believe that no one can be interested in justice for Officer MacPhail and the truth unless they are directly affected is a sign you lack empathy unless there is something in it for you. I stand behind every thing I said which is based on your own comments. You have no problem throwing insults yourself, pops.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 Whether you believe it or not there are millions who are against the death penalty. They are not careless of the suffering of the bereaved families of victims, but believe that answering murder with murder is wrong. I'm sick of your calling me a liar. I read the document you referred me to and disagreed. That's all. You are a troll, and you've had the last response from me that you will get. Start a channel on YT, you coward. Quit sniping as a visitor from someone else's puter.

  • @Largo64 There are 3 x that number who support capital punishment. If you don't want to be called a liar, stop lying and misrepresenting the evidence. You're the troll. I'm the person who has the facts. As long as you keep spewing this crap about Davis being innocent or not getting a fair trial, I will be here to counter it.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 We disagree. That's all. Your continuing to call me a liar because you don't accept my information really changes nothing. I still ask why you seem so personally invested in another man's death, whether he is guilty or not. But I won't wait for an answer. You can have the last word here. I'm finished with you.

  • @Largo64 Your "information" as you call it are lies. You refuse to read the actual findings of facts by the courts. I ask you what do you get out of lying about this man's guilt? Why are you so invested in lying on behalf of murderers?

  • @choppedpeanuts1 If the document you referred to was from the US District Court of Georgia, I did read it. It was a series of excuses expressing why Davis' appeal didn't belong in that court, but in the Supreme Court. It seems to matter to no one that he was convicted on perjured testimony. One of the counts he was convicted on was possession of a firearm in commission of another crime, even though no firearm relating to this case was ever found. You just don't care whether he was guilty or not.

  • @Largo64 Oh brother! It is evident that you did not read it in that your comment is non-responsive and gibberish. You just don't care whether Davis is guilty or not because you oppose the DP. Facts don't matter to you. Well, too bad. Davis is guilty and will be executed. Get over it.

  • he killed Mark McFAIL?

  • Anybody knows when the retrial will find place?

  • Just give the guy life without parole, gee, if there's ANY doubt the state shouldn't kill.

  • @Metals999

Thats the thing that really needs to be examined here...There IS DOUBT that he is guilty of these crimes...Under those pretenses he should be acquitted...If there wasn't reasonable doubt his execution would not have been stayed in the first place...Reasonable doubt....Let Him out

  • So dose anyone mind telling me what happened to the guy dead or alive

  • Like I said if they want to kill respectfully. Do it off duty, w/ a govt. hit squad.. Don't kill nobody in custody of the law. That makes the law look stupid.

  • I said, I can see and understand why people want retaliation. But if they want to be tough. Get a Govt. hit squad, give the criminal personal recognizance. And put them hot balls in his ass, while he's walking down the street. Gangsta style. But now while he's in custody. that' a trifling law. Ole bitch ass law. They can kill, while a man is in custody.

  • Look at all the naggers cheering on a cop killing criminal!! Why the fuck would a cop care about helping these pieces of shit?

YOu know why the witness's recanted their testimony? DEATH THREATS by his gang banging terrorists on the outside.

  • Hang the baboon!

  • kill black devils, smash their heads with hammer

  • @deniwsk , I am a Philosopher. And when the law contradicts itself and kill, and kill people in vain. Cause they know no one else can do it. They will suffer. And the one who pulls the switch or mechanism, will die the most cruelest death, unhumanely in the World. Where his next lifetime will be 7 times worser. So bad, you couldn't dream possible!!!!

  • @bigtimer1254 greed, corruption and ignorance had delivered western civilisation to very very low levels, the sane lot of populations will not stand any much longer this degradation and humiliation. murderers are to be tortured and killed, any lot of people with minimal average intelligence dont believe these criminals can ever change. and what were you in your previous life anyway ?

  • @deniwsk I always do unto others as done unto myself. I will always have a decent life, as is, was, and will be.

My past is the reason why I am here. A frustrated female who wanted make a change over. And getting her way in every shape, form and fashion.I don't like to see ppl. die by the law. I believe if they want to take retaliation into their own hands. Do it off duty. Not while you are on duty to protect and save lives. Then contradict it by doing the same thing yourself.

  • @bigtimer1254 your government, the USA, bombed and killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians in wartime, little children and elderly people, in WW2. What is life of this filthy murderer compared to deaths of thousands of children? Why is his life valued more than a life of a police officer? I dont doubt you are a decent citizen, but piety is so wrong sometimes.

  • @bigtimer1254 imagine a sick murderer pointing a gun to your forehead point-blanc, do you think he would have mercy? He would kill you like a dog and laugh and spit on your face. They are sadists, they like killing, torturing and every kind of evil, to spare a 'human' like that from just punishment is wrong, even the Bible teaches us so.

  • The fact is, it is against the law to kill anybody. What makes this Robo Justice think they can kill somebody in retaliation, and not the Public? Ole twisted law. They so stupid they probably got their degrees through forgery.

  • He didn't kill an officer, he killed a security guard. You're not a cop when you're off duty.

But tell me: What the fuck does killing him solve?

He'll be dead, the other guy will still be dead, his family will be hurt like hell, they may never trust the government again (and why the fuck should they?), and nothing else has changed. No improvements, only more pain.

Oh, but the family of the dead guy might get to watch, which isn't barbaric or vengeful at all in any way...

  • @WlatPziupp

He won;t be shooting any more cops.

  • @WlatPziupp You are so right! To execute him does not solve anything at all.It does not brng the victim back ad neither does it help the society.

  • mannnn... fuck the policeeee

  • I do not live in USA,so this is an unknown case for me.That is why I wonder how this case turned out in the end.Somebody who can tell me?

  • @Hans021220 He is still on death row, but no execution date is pending. Upcoming courts decisions will seal his fate.

  • @Hans021220

They fought for a re-trial and got it. Now they need to reach back and pull all of the 20-year-old evidence, some of which may have been lost or eyewitnesses that may have died of old age. These are the breaks the abolitionist hope for.

  • @ma7799 Well,I am glad they got the re-trial.I will pray that they will get al the evidence needed.

  • A contradiction of Law & Order, killing people. That makes you just as bad as them. You hypocrites.

  • @Wayne89ify You kill ; you die. That's fair.

  • @Dafricher

I don't think so mate... its not fair in my opinion! Then if you kill the one who killed the other one, you have killed too somehow... then you have to die... if someone kill he will be judged by god ! We are not allowed to remove the life from someone ... its a sin ! Think about it this way ;p

  • @Wayne89ify Oh come on... You cant have pity on these people, they brought it upon themselves

  • not to be disrespectful, but Mark McFail??

  • suck shit....you murder someone you deserve to die

  • @bradsta88: Death is for you too, Death is for everyone, we will all die someday. I'll say keep in prison for the rest of his life and let him suffer there. Dead people don't suffer and it's the easy way out of any situation. To murder someone or to be killed is totally immoral.

  • mcfail

  • WHAT IS WRONG HERE? THIS GUY KILLED A 27 YEAR OLD POLICE OFFICER. WHAT ABOUT JUSTICE FOR THE OFFICER'S FAMILIES???????? BLIND AS HELL. IN CALIPHONIA FORGET IT, DEATH PENALTY WITHIN A YEAR.......

  • @ELPerroBuddy63 alright but whats worse a killer having a painless death or a killer spending the rest of his life in jail slowly rotting away

  • @nwolwo Obviously, execution is worse. That is why 99.999999999% fight their sentence.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 Not 99.999999999% but only 98% !

  • I am so proud to be british as we are so against the death penalty and I can't understand why in the states people whom stand accused of 1st degree murder or similar when some inmates have killed by whatever state they are in u can bet your life that real murders come forwards somebody whom was totally inasent was killed instead of them. the death sentence in the us to me is clearly a unsafe punishment in my opinion and shld halted and stopped in definatly in my opinion. obama said he scrap it ?

  • @DanielR305 If you are so proud to be British, why do you insist on murdering the English language?

    more like saanta clause justice

  • @kidkong584 hahahahaha that is to funny cause i thought that to lol

  • @kidkong584 lol

  • kill his ass he took a life plain and simple

  • @grandamracer23 retard.

  • Why am i watching these vids?

  • @jsandmyfitty because we re physco

  • @jsandmyfitty LMAO i asked my self this and red your comment and was like WAA DA FUCK lol

  • @jsandmyfitty I think it just has to do with simply being human and having intellectual minds (for the most part) and natural curiosities. A number us, logical and rational, never stop thinking, never stop questioning, never stop wondering about ourselves, our lives, our planet, what things are, why they occur, and how they happen. Murder, suicide, torture, and some animal slaughter, are all examples of bizarre, repulsive acts; a sort of "taboo", so to speak, which fascinates the human mind.

  • @jsandmyfitty Because you enjoy sensation and a shock. Executions are a thrill because you know they are wrong, except in some cases (which are still a thrill). You stumbled on this after watching real executions.

  • people dont care about balcks...and whites dont these crimes like blacks

  • @johnweidenbach1119 No color here, or anywhere... It is what you have done or what you have not done... It is justice, pure and simple...

  • people dont care about balcks...and whites do these crimes like blacks

  • There are errors possible so innocent are killed e.g in US please check deathpenaltyinfo. org / innocence-list-those-freed-death-row. Also, people who are not killed in fight on self defence are killed in cold blood that makes it an inhuman way of dealing with each other, i.e. this is murder by state in the name of whole society

  • Fuck those with devils....

  • lol al sharpton lol supporting criminals lol thinks he's doing a good thing lol such a joke lol maybe he should just stop lol lol lol what a joke lol

  • al sharpton did it for the white bitches

  • Good fuck. WTF is with the state of georgia?

  • yes 1 less on earth

  • fuck all white people!

  • @tcmax4life Why the racism is so stron on your country? In latino america all is right with your people... US goverment got serious nazi problems...

  • @tcmax4life you fail as a troll and a human lol

  • @tcmax4life fcuk you little bitch

  • THAT NIGGA LOOKS LIKE KOBE BRYANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCK AL SHARPTON!

  • Al Sharpton is a FUCKING PIMP Racist. Troy Davis is a MURDERER!

  • he's a fucking murderer, why forgive him?

  • @gangstanumba69 Sometimes i really like this kind of stuff, cause on my country many criminals had killed... And they just get jailed... They get raped... They get violence, they get social refuse, they cant get a job, they cant get a normal life...

Errrr, nope, i think a prision life is worst than a execucion...

  • And so there shall be killing punished with another kill! You american blockheads really disgust me! Isn't there a phrase that says: You shall not kill? And even though he did, he shall face a lifetime sentence, not death. Death sentence frightens nobody who commits a crime, because he thinks he is getting away anyway. So what efford might there be?

    Non what so fucking ever!

But hey! The greatest nation on earth is going down. And I will sit here in Europe laughing at a nation without hope!

  • your brother will fry!!!! hes a cop killer

  • Fuck al sharpton that piece of shit cocksucker, he'll be in hell soon....

  • Pleaase forgive

  • The shyster lawyers who make appeal after appeal, after appeal, etc, etc, etc, for these murdering lice should be executed right along side the vermin they represent.

  • He's one lucky man!!!!!

  • @Champ675 He lost his last appeal. He can petition the USSC, but the chances they will grant it are zero to none. Soon there will be one less copkiller in the world. So, we are the luky ones.

  • I see that the rabble rousing Sharpton was there. He is a trouble making sonof abitch. Remember Tawana Brawley who claimed rape be a white guy and it was all made up. Sharpton just like publicity and his big mouth.

  • I think that slavery should be apllied for criminals we should get rid of death sentences .

  • so did he kill the guy or not fuck

  • Why havent they killed that guy yet? This country's justice dept is a joke.

  • "Sing for justice" Justice would be killing him you ignorant nigger fucks!

  • damn monkeys...

  • AN EYE FOR AN EYE, !!!!!!!!!!!!

shouldn't matter if its a cop or not, u kill someone on purpsoe, you die, u rape someone, take there penis so it doenst happen again, you steal from someoneremove your hand

  • Thumbs up for abolishing capital punishment

  • fuck all americans!!! Black or White, each and everyone are all FULL OF SHIT!!!

  • @genejur

Aww you must be jealous. It's hard being american, but we do it. 1 day at a time.

Happier than the rest of the world... =)

  • @genejur Agreed, all of them talk loads of shallow non sense. Fuck that shit.

  • This video of these "black criminal coddlers" is one of the main reason's black people are not respected in any country...they refuse to give up the criminals in their populace...!

  • @totruful Well seeing that you have no hard evidence that blacks commit more crime the anyone else, does your opinion really matter? Micheal Moore told you idiots about this once before. There's a word you should learn called "Sensationalism". It the reason we're in Iraq right now.

The his-story books will make a hero out of Bush so who's really inclined to commit atrocities and back door deals that will cost this country trillions. You could never compare that with blacks, never! FACT

  • wow I’ve worked on a lot of criminal cases as a military investigator and 7 of 9 statements being recanted is huge. A lot of people get caught up in the suspicion of guilt, just getting charged with something everyone makes an opinion without any knowledge of facts. All these comments not a one I saw mentioned 7 of 9 statements being recanted!

  • @taskforce26 I find it difficult to believe you were any kind of investigator. If you actually read the original statements and the alleged recantations, you would know that Davis is guilty. At least read the magistrates findings of fact before you open your mouth.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 WTF are alleged recantations? Either they were recanted or not. I never said this guy was innocent I only mentioned the statements. So before you start slinging *ish about your doubts pay a bit of attention to what was said. 00:48 Prosecutors don’t dismiss statements for nothing.

  • @taskforce26 You make absolutely no sense. And before you start slinging shite again, you read the damn findings of facts. I don't give a crap what people say on a youtube video. It's not evidence. A real investigator, which you never were, would know that. And again, they were alleged recantations.

  • @choppedpeanuts1 Look... Mr. Peanuts the original comment I made had nothing to do with the case I was simply reading the post made by viewers. I noticed everyone assumed the guy was guilty and not a single person mentioned anything about the statements. I have not and do not intend to investigate this case I couldn’t care less either way. It’s a tragedy the officer was killed in the line of duty, yet it would be worse if the wrong person was convicted while the murder ran free to do it again

  • @taskforce26 I addressed you initially because you were repeating the recantation b.s. Now, you are continuing to imply that Davis is innocent. He is not. You don't know the evidence and do not want to read the findings. But, you just want to repeat falsehoods or imply that the Davis is innocent which is a lie. You claim to be a professional to give the appearance of credibility. You are not credible.

  • @taskforce26

He was OFF duty. Serving as a rent-a-cop at a bus station when killed.

  • Open vein. Insert needle. Press plunger.

  • Ga. Killer? with a surname like that he stood no chance!

  • FUCK cop killers. give them the most brutal, horrifying, painful torturous death method we have, slow and painful, it's what they deserve, no sympathy at all. and I will stand by every word

  • For just a second the camera wasn't pointed at Rev. Sharpton.

  • lol fuck u america we sand goons gonna blow all of america up!

  • youtube.com/watch?v=bb8Usm1vxZI
