Looks pretty good! That hunch in your upper back looks like it's because your shoulders are tense. If you relax your shoulders I would think your upper back would drop a bit and be nice and flat.
Stop posting these ride position vids because you will always get wannabe pro rider critiques! Plz stop! You will never be perfect. "Your Powerbar is on the wrong side, so that's why you rock in the saddle"....LOL
@Triple777ER Man it's true! You will always have a problem with these type of vids. It could be PRO getting wind tunnel tested and people would still complain.
@datboysha40 Yeah man that was what I was laughing about. All these videos asking to 'please critique my position!!!!', hell its youtube, you could get advise from some 8yr old pretending to be a seasoned pro, or some fat ass fuck who probably hasn't moved out of his chair for a couple of days playing WOW.
Thanks for your comments stonemanjr, I have actually replaced the stem with a 120mm as you suggested. Now all I have to do is start riding the bike again!!!!!
get a longer stem, maybe 120mm or so and stretch yourself out a bit to flatten your back. you can see this when you moved your elbows up farther in the pads.
Personally, when down in the TT position, I'd switch to a gear that you can hammer out the most wattage with. This gives you increased speed and acceleration, as well as will help you with climes.
My God - Don't listen to some of this advise - best to just pay a professional to properly fit you.
