@Yunoha2 They said it was his NEW costume. From what he said he did, it sounds like at the time of the robbery he was dressed as the Mystic Force ranger. He even said he hadn't been an SPD ranger before. The only thing I found odd about this was that his parents got him a new suit, when apparently he was well enough with his old one. Still, it was a nice gesture.
