If our Military tribunals are good enough to try our own armed forces then they are certainly good enough to try terrorists. Holder's act suggests that our Military courts are not impartiat.

This is NOT a civilian case. Americans were attacked on American soil and that constitutes an act of war by these terrorists. Furthermore, the Pentagon is a military establishment, housing military personel. A military ribunal is the only place these trials should be held. The victims families should not be made to suffer again over a political agenda.

If our Military tribunals are good enough to try our own armed forces then they are certainly good enough to try terrorists. Holder's act suggests that our Military courts are not impartiat.
Consequently he undermines every trial heard in our Military courts. There is no rebuttal. Either the Military courts are fair and impartial or they are not. If they are fair and impartial then the appropriate forum to try these terrorists is in that system.
