Hey there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got ripped 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
Even broccoli, cauliflower, salad greens, etc..while better than starches and sugars, were not traditionally consumed by indigenous cultures of this region. These are domesticated foods..Not particularly healthy when being compared to a completely wild meat/ fat/ plant/ and berry diet. On top of that, the meat consumed from the supermarket...pork, chicken, beef, eggs...They should at least be consuming these foods from grass fed healthy and pastured animals..not factory farmed.
@cpilfold420 Agreed. But reality is that in the modern world fresh, organic food is not always viable due to economics and logistics. They will still be far healthier without the wheat and sugar which are by far the biggest problem for not just the Namgis but almost everyone.
@drcldrcl I agree..but factory farmed animals Is a big Issue..In an attempt to move towards a more traditional diet this critical factor should be fully analyzed. For the most part, animals are fed large amounts of GMO grains / soy / corn / etc. Ultimately this ends up In our bodies as well. Sustainably raised meat Is becoming more prevalent, and Is very available to those who look. I definitely agree though..SUGAR,grains, and starches are the BIGGEST culprits.
@cpilfold420 You have to tackle it one step at a time. Perhaps it is easier to just focus on what macronutrients and foods are important, and not go over the top with making sure everything is exactly perfect. I'm sure those who really care about health will find the information and make the appropriate changes. Diet is a personal thing, after all.
