  • That was golden.

  • Easily, greatest rumble ever.

  • Greatest rumble of all time.

  • How did Vince pay for all these guys? WWF must have been making serious cash back then.

  • The good ol days. No beaners like Mysterio and Sin Cara. No idiots like Cena and Miz. Just look what WWE has become.

  • @unclebobpart2 lol I couldn't have said it better my self. Can't stand those fucking chalupa's. WWE has become utter fucking trash unfortunately.

  • @kolz4ever1980 : We all need to band together to get those scumbags removed from WWE forever. Nobody wants to see criminal immigrants wrestle, esp. not smelly pieces of garbage like Mysterio and Sin Cara.

  • @unclebobpart2 I definitely wish it would be possible but you got too many sympathizers and low class breeds out there that would support these wet backs that can't even speak proper English. Oh wait wait.. when mysterio speaks English he starts to think he is a black guy and goes "yo dawg" and the rest of the drop out talk.

  • This is Wrestling but even if they tried to recreate it, it would be awful. Too bad.

  • I loved this Royal Rumble theme music. Takes me back. WOOOOOOOOO!

  • Me personally, I was rooting Repo Man, but then I saw my car was gone, and realized Repo Man screwed me over, so I began rooting for Berzerker.

  • 13 hall of famers involved in this Rumble.

(DiBiase, Flair, Michaels, Santana, Von Erich, Valentine, Volkoff, Piper, Duggan, Snuka, Sheik, Hogan, Slaughter)

Not to mention Mr. Perfect, Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan

and 5 who should be in sooner or later. (Bulldog, Bossman, Roberts, Undertaker and Savage.)

  • Now THIS is a proper lineup!!! No David Youngs or Yoshi Tatsu's here dammit!! ALL of these guys were superstars!!

  • @danielrose1984 Yea. Repo Man and Skinner were true Hall of Famers.

  • @dustbusta Steve Keirn and Barry Darsow were both good wrestlers with silly gimmicks. Darsow was a tag champ as a member of Demolition and with Ivan and Nikita Koloff in NWA.

  • wanna play 21?

  • That's when I used to watch, now it's fucken dumb

  • hahahah flair was hilarious.. 1992 is sorta lika 2002 as in loads of awesome talent in one place, one time

  • WWF KICKS ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WWE SUCKS!!!!!!

  • Technically Flair was the first unified champion, ten years or so before Jericho. WOOOOOO!

  • Flair fit in great with the WWF at this time

  • Late 80s early 90s is my favourite era all time! And this is only from watching on youtube since it was before my time :D

  • @cpthurme The only down side was that TV matches were all jobber squashes. But the TV promos, vignettes and other segments were great.

  • let me tell you sumdin wait hold on (sniff sniff sniff) OOOOOHHHHH YYYEAAAAHHHh got to love the macho man

  • bulldog #1 flair #2- flair lasts 62:02 and wins it eliminating hulk hogan. new wwf world champion. excellent rumble.

  • @boojwahz wrong! flair was number 3#, the million dollar man ted dibiase was number 2. flair and sid eliminate macho man, sid eliminante hogan and hogan and flair eliminate sid. flair won.

  • @Taubi81 yes, you are right, bulldog #1, dibiase #2, and flair #3.

  • @boojwahz Ted DiBiase was #2, Flair was #3

  • Why did they blur out Flair's Belt?

  • @Thehardyboyz2000 it was the WCW belt that's why

  • @TFlyVersion1 did flair leave wcw as the champ?

  • @dubspoon yeah him and Jim Crockett (i think) got into it over the way he was being used and back then they made u pay a $20K deposit on the belt if u had it so Flair skipped town on his ass. Of cours WWF's not gonna show a WCW belt on its program so that's why it was blurred out. That's why back in 92-93 they had a different WCW title belt until Flair came back after losing to Perfect on RAW

  • @Thehardyboyz2000 Because that belt was the NWA belt and vince did not own rights to show it on tv, Flair was fired from WCW as champ and he took it to WWF

  • I WANT RIC FLAIR'S FEATHERED ROBE!!!

  • I love savage one of the all time greats vince should swallow his bitter past with savage n put him in the Hall of fame i think he should of been in thier along time ago? what does everyone else think

  • 1992 was the great rumble of all time and Flair's victory is also as well. Nobody has topped that to this day. This was a great time in wrestling.

  • @krazygreen Yes, and don't for get Bobby's commentating that matched its brilliance.

  • Comment removed

  • Thats the "Iron Shiek" you stupid fuck!!

  • Comment removed

  • @gigawareglobal Try saying that to General Adnan.

  • JAKE THE SNAKE ROOOOCKS

    and WOOOOOOOOoooh obviously :)

  • One of the greatest Rumbles of all time was the Royal Rumble 92.

  • damn they had some stupied characters in the wwf at this point in time. THE BERSERKER WTF

  • @wrestledon Berzerker was a comedy character just like Hacksaw, Kamala and Doink. Why does everything have to be dead serious about wrestling? HUSS HUSS HUSS

  • @Gamebox27 i didnt say tht wrestling had 2 be so dead serious... guys like the rock, eddie guerrero, kurt angle, edge, shawn michaels, triple h, santino marella, mr anderson guys like those have all done a bit of comedy at some point or another and in a good way if anything i like it when wrestlers make me laugh but the "BERZERKER" really just from the name alone u can hear how stupid that sounds yet alone when u actually see him on tv that was just ridiculous.

  • It seems that the only active wrestler out of that group is the Undertaker, sadly I must have counted 5 or so that are dead

  • @jukedar ouch...you're right.

  • I think the funniest part was when Flair said "30 of the biggest stars of all time" and the next four guys include El Matador (yes, I know Tito Santana was a mid-carder in his day), Repo Man, and the Berzerker, followed shortly by Virgil.

  • @altohart dont forget skinner

  • classical

  • spot on imDAZEDandCONFUSED.

Flair and Roberts 2 of the best mic men ever, TRUST ME WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Flair sexy as hell.

  • Tell me the WWE CENSORED Ric Flair's Championship Belt tell me they didn't CENSORED Ric Flair's Belt.

  • wwf did it as it was suppose to be the wcw belt and wcw said the would sue them if they showed it on wwf tv, flair took with him from wcw with out permisssion even though he owned it (long story). that belt distorted was actually the wwf tag team belt, the wcw belt had gone back to wcw but wwf wanted to carry on the story line

  • Were the Bushwhackers in this rumble?

  • i remember that theme song. fucking awesome. every time flair wooo'ed I got a massive boner

  • I love it. All faces have the blue background and all heels have the purple background.......

  • Perfect and Flair made a great team!

  • The 1992 Royal Rumble was the greatest Rumble in history!

  • Greatest collection of wrestling talent in history.

  • This was with out a doubt the best rumble ever flair went over an hour and won the belt....

  • Brian Knobbs was not in the Royal Rumble match.

  • He was supposed to, but he was injured. He was replaced.

  • Sigh! When wrestling was good!

  • Oh, YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • NOstalgia... T_T

  • This was definitely the greatest Rumble of all time. I was 7 years old and I still remember it vividly. Although Ric Flair was already a star in NWA for years at the time, this Rumble made him a household name everywhere.

  • One of the greatest if not the greatest Rumble of all time.

  • @suckyamomma30 indeed, no other rumble ever stacked up to this

  • WOO!

  • WOOO!!

  • The Nature Boy was so pumped up with confidence at 0:30! He and Perfect made a great team. However, they did fight each other as I recall. Perfect pinned Flair clean. I just wonder if it was before or after this event.

  • After.

I happened in early 93 before Flair left to return to WCW.

  • As always, it was with that perfect-plex.

  • Shit this was a great rumble! Ric Flair promo - gold. Jake Roberts promo - gold. Undertaker promo - gold.

Old school 80s and 90s was the best.

  • It was incredible that these guys back then wrestled against "nobodies" for opponents, win lopsided matches and still be on TV every weekend (Superstars of Wrestling, Wrestling Challenge). That shows how larger than life these guys were back in the late 80s and early 90s. Though SNME was never the same after Jesse left in August 1990, 1991 was interesting with the funeral parlor and the dark side. But by April 1992, watching Papa Shango and his witch doctrine, I'd seen enough and had to move on.

  • @plntntvzn

Yeah there was a brief period between the 80s and the attitude era 90s when things were really bad.

  • Awesome post!

I love the classic, early 90's Pay-Per-View WWF events.

  • what about Shawn Michaels and Marty Janetty??

  • Jannety was supposed to be in the Rumble, but HBK turned on him, causing an injury. Michaels was in the Rumble.

  • i know that. i meant that michaels/jannetty werent mentioned in the rumble report to be scedueled.

  • the berzerker looks like will ferrel kinda - and hes doing my ejaculation face :D

  • That belt Ric had wasn't the belt he came in with, that's the reason why they blurred it out.

  • Ya,the belt hes actually holding in this promo is one of the old tag team title belts

  • Oh yeaahhhhhhhhh

  • Best Royal Rumble EVER the intro alone was amazing I wanted macho man to win so bad for what happened to him by jake the snake

  • this Rumble had the most legends. Best Rumble ever

  • I disagree. Have you seen the 1990 Rumble? It included the following legends: Ted DiBiase, Jake Roberts, Randy Savage, Roddy Piper, Bret Hart, Dusty Rhodes, André the Giant, Jimmy Snuka, The Ultimate Warrior, Tito Santana, The Honky Tonk Man, Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect. Do you change your opinion now?

  • no, i won't change my opinion because...

1992: British Bulldog, Ted DiBiase, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Tito Santana, Greg Valentine, Nikolai Volkoff, Roddy Piper, Jake Roberts, Jimmy Snuka, Undertaker, Randy Savage, Iron Sheik, Hulk Hogan, Sgt. Slaughter, Sid Justice.

  • Well that's your opinion but you're absolutely right on one thing. The '92 Royal Rumble was and will always be the BEST Rumble in WW(F)E-history!

  • Hey hey, lets not forget the modern classic 2002 Royal Rumble: Stone Cold, Triple H, Kurt Angle, Undertaker, Mr. Perfect, Booker T, DDP, Big Boss Man, Ron Simmons, Goldust, Godfather, Big Show, Kane, Hardy Boys, JBL, Beniot, & RVD

along with '92 & '90, this makes the top 3!

  • the 1992 Rumble also had former NWA world champ Kerry Von Erich.

  • Even if was champ for about 9 days.

  • also, former NWA champ Kerry Von Erich.

  • 1992 was the most loaded star wise ever.

  • @NWAfan Vince must have been raking it in to pay all these guys.

  • I like how the heels are in the purple octagons and the faces are in the blue octagons. Good way to tell the faces and heels apart! lol

  • 29 DARK CRAVES

  • i like it like that

  • Brian Knobbs really should have gone - "hmmm what is wrong with the phrase - Nasty Boy Knobbs let me think" lol !

  • I think Nikolai Volkoff took Brian knobs Place but I agree with u anyways Brian Knob show have been in the 92 rumble instead of Nikolai Volkoff.

  • Yes! THE music!!!

  • Who is the one who should be dead but is'nt is it the berzerker or maybe skinner hey dont forget saggs

  • Jake Roberts?

  • I think he meant Jake ''The Snake'' Roberts

  • It is amazing how many dead wrestlers was called out. And one that I know should be dead but is not.

  • only 3 dead people were called out. Most of the guys who were called out are alive.
