  • HOW THE HELL DID I get HERE FROM AN BATTLEFIELD 3 VIDEO??!!!??!??!!!,?!??

  • Great video, but how much of each ingredient is needed???

  • well this is helpful!

  • For some reason this looked a little complicated to me, since i use to think: crust was just water and flour. :) But anyway, when it comes down to it, this is quite simple and worth the try for a nice pie crust. :)

  • I tried to make this crust but im disappointed with the result, i didnt event put water yet, but the flour is already wet with butter. I make another recipe with 1 1/2 cup of flour and add the rest of the ingredients, it works better!

  • this is PERFECT :D! just my luck :D! im making this for a pumpkin pie too!! it's so easy :D! i cannot contain my excitement :O!

  • why you dont have to chill the dough in the fridge before rolling?

  • Very helpful! I hope it turns out well. :)

  • Thanks a lot, I was looking for a video like this. Many of the recipes I wanted to make mention pie crust without saying how to do it, and is not something you can buy pre-made here... Thanks for sharing...

  • So easy, I'll make my first attempt later! Weeeeh. Thanks for sharing :)

  • just made my first pie, i hope it's good so she doesn't choke on it.

  • I really liked this tutorial! Also would it be fine to use a food processor, instead of doing it by hand?

  • @NatCleary I think a food processor would firstly warm up the dough and secondly, get stuck in the blades. This doesn't require very much kneading at all so I'd recommend just doing it by hand as this also looks pretty delicate. That's probably best.

  • @javeypiston omG thats soo funny LOL

  • Nice recipebut how long you bake?

  • YOU SOUND LIKE BERNIE SANDERS

  • Again absolutely day effective and precise! I love this! xxx

  • what are the proportions of each ingredient?

  • @nickk1k There is a link under the video.

  • I tried it and its fantastic, simple and successful :)

  • I tried your recipe, couldn't make it come together at all, in order to form a ball and move on from there. Tried three times and nothing. I must be missing something, damn I'm so frustrated..

This pie crust is a freaking hell.

    Thanks anyway..

  • When i hit the dough with a rolling pin everything flew apart!

  • @javeypiston LOOOL

  • i want to make apple pie but i dont have butter can i slit make apple pie

  • @parvinalina do you mean you have no butter for the pie crust or for the apple pie recipe inside?

  • hay do you bake it when your finished im SO lost?

  • @TheJasmineroberts

yes, the mould is baked before it's filled with fillings, usually for 15-30 mins. depends on the oven.

  • I've found that soft butter actually works better. It exudes water as it softens, so you need less water overall. Let the butter get almost completely soft! Try it both ways if you don't believe me.

  • i love your pie good work

  • we have the same plates @ home ! 0:26 left

  • For everybody that is asking about the cooking time, please note that pie baking times are dependent on what's in the pie.

A good rule of thumb is to bake at 400F for 10 minutes and then reduce to 350F for another 30 to 40 minutes.

  • how much do u preheat it for?????

  • @Marsydots if it helps i preheated mine at 350 F

for 15 mins and was great :)

  • héhe_âñYôñe_wãNñÅ_chÀt_wíth_me_i_fÊÉl_sØ_lòNEly_tøDÁy╝

  • nice one dude

  • pieeeeeeeeee

  • this was uploaded on my birthday :D

  • I bet he do good haircuts LOl

  • Do you idiots know that lard (pig fat) has NO TRANS FAT ? Why not use that ? Natural lard has no trans fat unless its hydrogenated. Get some non-hydrogenated lard and you should be good to go. Its cheaper, has more flavor, produces flakier and moist pie crust (better than butter) and can make your 90 year old momma squeal and achieve an orgasm. Why use butter or vegetable shortening..Look up lard in wiki. Make the damn pie crust with 100% lard.

  • Comment removed

  • @fuckvegan pig fat? that's gross.

use vegetable oils like margarine without poultry.

    healthier.

and pig fat is not healthy.

  • @MahCherryS2

Do some research before you try and argue. If you render the lard yourself, it's much healthier than butter, margarine, or shortening.

  • I followed the instructions and the pie crust came out excellent. Thanks!

  • @dexterchn was it yummy ?

  • The pastry looked fine, but didn't he make hard work of it? I'd hope to have got the pastry made and resting in the fridge within 5 minutes of walking into the kitchen, with about three times his batch size... 10 minutes if I made it without a mixer.

  • I made it and it looks like shit so I threw tons of flour on it and put it in a ball in the fridge. Hope it works.

  • looks easy i am going to try it

  • Dude you are a pro. I'm going to try it.

  • This was the best instruction and recipe ever. I finally made an amazing pie crust. To be able to see how the dough is supposed to look it what made it work for me. Thank you, and I'll keep practicing.
