@somekidatschool1 Cell, easily. Goku and Gohan hadn't gotten into the time chamber yet, so they weren't strong enough. Full Power SSJ Goku (after getting out of the chamber) could have handily beaten the Semi-Perfect Cell you see here. Unfortunately, by that time, Cell was perfect.

Either to keep here there forever or to give vegeta enough time to defeat cell. That would really have given vegeta time to shine.

One of the other Z fighters could have kept her busy while he attended to the matter. The time frame I'm talking about would have to be during the era of "Super Vegeta".
