Very interest video But what we are seeing here is an artifact of HD tv called HDTV blur. Know matter how I explain it, you will shoot it down SO I suggest you look up HDTV blur.. Your buddies "in the field" should know this.

@5T4RSCREAM144 A buddy of mine is a audio/video tech the more credible answer to your reptilian capture has to do with the conversion of the original video to the lower quality compressed version that is recorded from video codec's designed for tv (the color changes, etc). I think this is great footage, And I believe in this, however most "reptilian eyes" are just misjudged blue or green eyes. My father has got light blue eyes and he's always drunk. they look alot like his eyes. Also the lines on his forehead are pixel lines, caused from filming a Television in progress.. But I still believe this one..
