Of the several Welsh singers I'm familiar with, I like Ms. Gwilym best, largely because her lyrics are so easy for me to make out.. I still wish to understand better than I do.
me too- check out Daeth yr Awr it's awesome! I only understand the odd word/ small phrase, achos dw i'n dysgwr (I'm a learner). But if it helps I think Tir Glas means Green field, and plant means children. Fflam means flame, I'm not sure where that leaves 'Plant y fflam' to be honest... hopefully a fluent speaker can help!
@Mikosch2 I was about to tell you that whilst glas = blue, it can also mean green. But before committing myself, I entered "Tir glas" into google translate, and it gave me, "Grassland", which obviously fits in with the green.
I'm rediscovering the language that I didn't want to speak, when I was a child.
I would be thankful if someone provided lyrics for this song. Tried googling it, but to no avail...
