  • fuck yeah

  • This all-time Surfers classic, I'd probably lose MY shit if I saw it live because it just couldn't be perfect like this.

  • Perfectly captures that dream feeling. Love those Buttholes

  • I love it when the organ donors come out of the woodwork and they offer you some salad but it's not real salad- you take the salad but it's liquid, liquid ass, dreams of blood bubbling to the top and pressing against the skin of your left thumb that holds the bowl, and while this is happening the dentists father is flying above the clouds soaring through joy and exhaling the cries of burnt up misery young black tears of gods in their youth

  • hey don draper's on the album cover!

  • This song, mark says alright,cherub,1401,graveyard, concubine, edgar, ghandi are my favorite Butthole Surfers songs!

  • Wouldna just love to hear the band play this live nowadays ! Don't forget that recently the band have actually played a few songs live that they'd previosuly NEVER done, like O-men and weber !

  • @WormTyrant I still rate this the BHS's as one of the best live shows I have ever seen. I was pretty disappointed in their appearance @ the first Lollapalooza, but it wasn't their fault...The BHS's are a club band and not a huge stage show imo. I probably would lose my shit if I ever heard Boiled Dove live as well as a few other tracks :)

  • @WormTyrant William S. Burroughs? He went to the concert with The Butthole Surfers Nick Cave and Tom Waits. Thats Awsome!

  • lsd is wonderful thing

  • 'You can hear the record static and dust.'

The original album was a really low grade pressing, so that's actually about best quality, the complilation was all original work, and the cost of releasing it was probably prohibitive, so vinyl pressing quality .....................

  • Can you post the Tom Waits spoken word segment, too, please?

  • Awesome.

You can hear the record static and dust.

I used to play this on the college radio station 20+ years ago.

  • @pvwillows Which College Radio Station? I worked at KMSA, College Radio Station at Mesa State College in Grand Junction Colorado. I played this when I was there.

    It was Wicked Ass...
