it's from a book called "Jigoku no mechanical training phrases" (Jigoku = Hell).

As far as I know 3 bo0k have come out.

I've got all three. the first 2 come with a cd with the backing tracks on them, and the last one comes with a dvd. the part of what you just saw is the last excercise if i remember correctly, t's takes all the excercses and puts them in 1 song.

the earlier books wre harder btw.

Yeah, I have 2 of the 3 books. I don't have the DVD one. But yeah, this is the final exercise/song at the end of the book (exercise #61). These are some great exercise books, try to get your hands on them if you enjoy guitar.
