I will be sure to crank my AC up a couple of extra notches this summer in honor of Tojo here! (my rent is the same whether I never use the central air, or if it is on full for four months)
they cut right off when he mentions that Canadian Companies are involved in South America. zap and it's gone...... and I am worried - his fingers are crippled....
The emissions trading of carbon dioxide is plain stupid. It's all about money and also a silent war of countries. The cause of global warming isn't really by the massive emission of carbon dioxide. Maybe it is a part of cause of the global warming, but the cause of global warming is not proved scientifically. It's pretty much an invention.People just need to live normally with taking care of the Earth. All of corporations should take care of it and we citizens should watch them. That's it
@powpanda I mean the emissions trading business is ridiculous. It's pretty much the thing which international politics are related which isn't really for decreasing carbon dioxide. Just help to clean your own country by your own people and company. Multinational corporations also should take a responsibility of the environment where they are related.
@powpanda But, the environmentalists shouldn't intervene to the way of other countries do for means of diplomacy unless the country does an extremely harmful for the Earth like China.
@tokumas I agree with you about the emissions trading, but this was some politician's idea I am sure.
The problem with these large corporations is, they are so powerful it is almost impossible to get them to do anything. Also as long as the majority of people don't care/don't believe, nothing is going to get done while everybody puts financial matters first. This is more of a grass-roots movement I believe. The evironmentalists are just trying to spread awareness.

Wake up and stop watching the boob tube, or you might turn into a maggot!
After reading just the first page of comments I want to warn any viewers beyond this point, everything said in the comments up to here is completely invalid. David has no political party affiliation. There is a good reason for this, all people should be conscious of their environment, not just a single political party, but we as the people have to enforce action by our governments. No matter who is in power, our environment is a part of their responsibility.
@GlaBurnzUrHouseAK47 if you knew about David's work, you would know the green party is stupid. we all live on the planet, every party is the green party, or at least they should.
Bolivia came a long way since Che's attempted rebelion. But you cut out the part where the Liberals passed a bill to reduce emissions at the fed. level, I want to know what it's called.
great interview. and good on him for mentioning south america and its peoples. the atrocities down there get far too little attention in the northern hemisphere.
Hey David, thanks for all your work concerning the Fukushima ongoing disaster. Really great stuff pal!
