Um, in that last picture, does she have two broken legs?! This tradegy could have been prevented. Where was the mother? Why did the mother stand by and let someone murder her child? Both should go to prison.

Totally agree to that! It's ok that kids get bruises while they play but it's pretty unnatural that she should have broken her two legs all by herself! Why didn't anyone notice her injuries?!

both of them did go to prison, the stepfather (the one that murdered he) went to prison for 30 years and the mother went to prison for 27 years

What a beautiful kid! And what a tragedy.
Although child abuse is illegal in the home, it appears to be quite legal for multi-million dollar corporations to the tune of approx. 60+ billion dollars a year.
