The sound you hear when they back off is not a BOV (well you can slightly hear it, but not what your all talking about) Its the sound of the dyno and the engine.

The spool up is bloody loud and its the signature sound of the T51R.

Also 710ps is 700hp. 1 PS = 0.9 HP (SAE)

I know of a few rotaries that rev that high. Infact i revved my wifes old RX7 to 10,500-11,000 a few times, And that was just a basic bridgeport.

I never said they still make power that high, but they sure can do if it you want to

@IceDragon387 I have reved mine to 11k on stock ports.... with a very large turbo like say a t88 it will still make power at 8-11k just because of stock ports takes longer for the turbo to spool up but it is very possible for the rx7 to rev out to 13k
