I use real gas, 105-115 octane in weed eaters, lawn mower, the power washer, and I can assure Everything runs better with race gas. It smells good too. Really expensive fuels, like $25 Gal, might smell like cotton candy! It's the hydrocarbons.

The crap you got at autozone was not "racing fuel" it is just 95% Kerosene and 5% Methylcyclopentadieyl manganese tricarbonyl, its just a generic "fuel additive" rip off like allmost all other additives. Racing fuel is just stright up pump gas above the standard 93 octane (normaly around 103 octane). You can find it at a fue scattered gas stations aswell as some major automative parts sellers such as summit. Its not that expensive about 2 to 3 USD more than premium(93 octane).

Hey buddy.... Those two strokes need back pressure to run properly, Thus why its choking. Make a pipe up for it, remember you need to restrict the volume of air so it can re use some of the unburnt fuel spat out the block to start to create a power band. Look up power band on goggle or something. have a read. Good effort though. :-)

I have the same machine, had lots of problems at first but over time it works very well, I would recommend it for properties typical of  the inner city, your property looks huge you probably should have a commercial quality trimmer.
