  • Thank you finally found some really good stretches!

  • method of stretching is good. Just one thing that most people don't realize. The muscles don't actually stretch after 2 or 3 seconds, but just fatigue. You are better off to do each stretch for 2-3 seconds and repeat the stretch 5-10 times. You'll get better results from doing so.

  • I had my knee replace and I can not sit in an "Indian style position". What are my alternatives?

  • My groin has been messed up for 2 years none of these stretches help ):

  • He has zero flexibility,,,,

  • i don't really like the butterfly strech because it hurts my knee joints :(

  • @oustthecan I had the same problem...I leaned foward more and it went away.
