The case was at Al Abidiya, near Bethlehem. And still the soldiers are STOPPING the dog attack, not advocating it.
In contrast, some of the writers here are behaving worse than the dog itself, with spite and hatred. "I will kill a jew or Israeli... " It seems from many parts of the way the matierial was edited on this vid, and the narration behind it, that that (anti Israeli or anti Jewish hatred) is the intention.

I was wrong. The dog was an army dog. Its commander was a woman soldier. The soldiers where arresting a wanted militia man. The dog and its commander were staffed to the soldiers to check into a house. There was a jeering crowd at a distance. This young woman walked over to the soldiers in an attempt to stop the arrest. Read it on YNet (written by Israeli Arab: Ali Waked. Brought the allegations of the PA information minister).My friend was at an occasion near Shechem (Nablus).

@shielded22001 I am a person, not an ass. The dog is mixed. OBVIOUSLY None of the soldiers is a "dog commander" and of course not this dog's commander. A military dog does exactly as it is commanded. Here three soldiers work hard to get the dog off the woman.
