A bunker buster is not a specific bomb. It is a generic name for any bomb that can penetrate through deep concrete or earth.

Concrete bunkers are mostly used underground. Wood bunkers are usually used in conjunction with sandbags.
They probably add bullshit to the bunker to dramatize and emphasize the sheer power of these awesome weapons.
