  • Fuck. That's one impressive naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine. If my calculations are correct then the stroke of 99mm and fuel cut of 9000 rpms equals a piston speed of over 5800 FPM!!!! Thats way faster than any production car in the entire world.

  • makin 350z owners cry throughout the world

  • you guys make that power with a tsx block or accord/element etc?

  • What gas was used on the 13.7 290whp set up?

  • What gas was used on the 13.7 290whp set up?

  • What gas was used for the 13.7 290whp?

  • What gas was the 13.7 290whp on?

  • what was the size of ur injector?

  • @don94pgt 550cc

  • Awesome car you've got there. Got myself a k24 block with forged parts, but I'll go for fully stock head and rbc intake. Should put out about 280-290 hp (not on the wheels) according too better knowing people!

And yea, N/A is the only way to go :D

  • nice

  • That thing Sounds like a beast.

  • Dang, my thoughts exactly! What a monster!

  • all motor is the only *no cheat* way to compete

  • how much did it cost u??? is it ur car or friend car???? i wanna do k24 k20 head

  • Nitrousboy0311, the answer to your question is that naturally aspirated power is more pwerful than turbo power. A 300hp N/A civic will compete with 500hp turbo civics.

  • they have N/A k24's running 10's

  • Nice build man! keep it up, especially for all the haters!! haha

  • rbc manifold making 290 great numbers, was it custom cut, ported, welded?

  • evo killer

  • well guys, for the bunch of people without knowledge (haters) this is a k20/k24 engine.mods: wiseco 13.7 comp 87.5mm bore 99mm stroke stock crank, stock head blueprint stage 3 cams, rbc manifold, and 70mm throttle. i did that set up a long time ago now with the new parts in a different car im running almost 320hp. i hope this is enough info for those who dont know anything about k and those who think they now.

  • what you running in the new setup with 320 n/a ?

  • ported head by drag cartel

    drag cartel cams

    k25 engine

  • Sounds cool but why? slap a turbo on there and you will make the same hp with 20psi

  • cuz when u beat the big boys u can say yeah its a all motor civic =) lol

  • hey how much the car weigh about?

  • hey Im thinkin of doing the same swap on my del sol... if you dont mind want to know know how much was in total for the swap?

  • What k24 are you using?

  • sounds like a complete shitbox

  • its must be a hybird k20/k24 motor beacuse thats the only way they are getting there

  • Um... built 2.0 litre b20vtec setups running on pump are making 270whp, a k-series head flows much better than a b-series head and can make more power, so it wouldnt be that difficult with the top end engine builders such as endyn, or BP to build a 2.0 litre K to produce 290whp.

  • thats true, but this video claims its a k24, and that head isn't nearly as good as a k20. Its not capable of withstanding the rpms or producing enough flow to support 290hp unless fully built for all motor. I dont doubt the claim as it is still possible, im just saying I can see what jamer is thinking

  • Typically a k24 is a hybrid swap containing the bottom end of a k24, and the top end of a k20. You get the best of both worlds, such as doing a frankenstein swap in a b-series, b20 with a vtec head, same idea. Good rods, everything else stock for the block and youve got a very reliable block because honda cranks and blocks are some of the best machined components in the industry.

  • 290? did these guys cleared their screen before they strapped in a new car?....

  • Not even an A2 head...lol Stock K24A1 putting 290. You should be ashamed of yourself saying that and putting your website also. Thats bad publicity.

  • @ Bugger4466

The K24a2 Head is better then the K24a1, The K24a1 is the Econemy iVTEC from the CRV, The K24a2 is from the TSX With the Performance iVTEV head. You are thinking of the K20 Blocks which are different then the K24 Blocks. Before you try to bash people do your homework, It just makes you look like a Trolling Noob.

  • I know all about the K24A1. Ive swapped several. I just call this one BS. Simple.

  • let me ask you something, im a noob. but is a k24 an accord motor? and how hard is it from a 1 to 10 to do the swap right?

  • There are 7 K24 motors. In several vehicles from JDM/EDM/USDM. depending on the vehicle your swapping into it can be hard to easy as hell. Into the ep3 its very easy...plug-n-play. Into a 93eg it was a bit harder. Id say 4 into the EP and 7 into the Eg. All the parts were a pain and took a while getting them all in.

  • Not high revving, no ITBs and NA putting 290? Hmm.... inflation affecting your country to?

  • are those vtec killers?

  • whats the torque at?

  • dats crazy how you can fit almost ne "B" series and "K" series in any hondas good stuff.

  • you cant even see the dyno sheet boooo boooo

  • ppl tell me that those K's making 250whp+ are = to like 350whp F.I. B-series, good ish! Dyno sheet would be nice too!

  • yep.. f/i cars have turbo lag to make up for

  • Well the most expensive thing about turboing is the turbo kit itself for hondas lol.

  • You could build a turbo kit really cheap. Just piece together the parts. Most of the money is going to spent in the manifold. And don't forget tuning. Never drive the car without having it tuned.

  • well duh. its auto tuned for stock till about 4000rpms so just dont hammer it and it will be fine. put it to a dyno or trailer it and just get it tuned there.

  • Or get a wideband and verify your AFRs are correct.

  • with race gas...it isn't hard to make 260 whp with a honda. It's just that I hear it cost more doing N/A then just turboing the fucker.

I wanna see a N/A with regular pump gas.

  • wtf, hes the best because hes making 290whp? shit i didnt even get to see the dyno sheets or the monitor, all you know he is probably only making 240whp

  • man i guess u dont know much about K motors. 290whp is not hard at all. shit 240 u can get on a stock block wit just cams

  • naw its hard to make power with any motor and super expensive. my b20 vtec on 89 pump gas makes 273whp. its my daily driver so i dont wanna goto more expensive gas. i heard theres supposed to be a k-series trany adapter so i can fit a k tranny on my b20. that would be tight.

  • lol ur full of it. ur not making no 273 on an n/a B series on 89 octane. and there is no k series tranny adaptor either, and there wont be, because they spin in opposite directions.

  • my buddys B20 is gonna have about 280whp. hes FULLY built N/A though. from the bottom up. on ITBS and everything subscribe to me and ill have a short video soon. mostly just pictures of the block and ITBS and car its going on. but there will be some more on that soon to come. and my other buddy is gonna have a fully built NA ITB'ed H22 putting roughly 330whp N/A as well.

  • my ppls got the same set up what is done to urs to get that power

  • nice little car u have there 290 hp in a 950 kg car

  • where's ths dino at??ur shop??

  • Whats the Setup on this beast??? I see a RBC IM, Velocity Stack... What Cams? im almost done with my K24 BEAST. if you dont want to post it up here could you email me allmotorem2@hotmail

  • holy shit that's making power nigga u r the best!!

  • thankssss we hope to make more power out of this engine.

  • ya like getting to 290whp :p

  • nice bro i make 304whp in my k24 frank good shit with that
