Fascinating!! I am an artist studying neurobiology in hopes to learn more about this phenomena. It can revolutionize the way teaching is conducted, since for years, everything was out of the textbook. By utilizing all the senses when teaching, teachers and students can cover material faster; increase memory and recall without sacrificing time. In fact, teachers may find multi-sensory ways of teaching so effective that the traditional 8am-3pm school day could be cut to shorter days...

Just excellent! Finally something "brainy" on youtube (no pun). I myself is a musician, photographer and graphical artist, and I like to use my imagination (I get ideas from sounds and visuals). To me they go hand in hand. These videos makes perfect sense. Very interesting. I will check out more of Cytowic's work.
