Exactly. THis whole thing is a fiasco. Terrestrial radio is a dying giant. They are losing advertisering dollars...so they want to stop the this merger. Because they KNOW that people don't want to listen to commercials anymore. But if they say they compete with Sat Radio...then they make the case for the merger, so they say they don't. Any 2 year old could see thru this deception. The truth is this merger is GOOD 4 the consumer. Sat rad shouldn't compete with itself but with other forms of radio
Is this the best terrestrial radio can hire? I hear Jimmy Schaeffler with the Carmel Group is for hire and he will say anything at a very cheap price.

the merger will be great. I can get all XM and SIRI programming in one place. Better than MP#s or terrestrial radio. Yes it competes.
