That is pretty impressive dude, and to be honest, I know a person that can hold their breath like that. Your only hooking yourself on and staying underwater, it'd be harder if his leg and arm muscles were working but he's only saying "Pow" pretty much! @ruhaab100 they are shaded goggles, not sun glasses. and from the look of the bubbles I'm guessing the video is slowed down a bit as to admire the rings better. Also, just like muscles, the more strain you put your lungs through, the more they will expand.

He's not using air in his lungs but air from his cheeks. Well there probably is some air from his lungs but mostly from his cheeks. he just has good lungs so he can stay under there for awhile. But he isn't using much air for the rings.

you need around 1 hour practising to make your first rings... just try it! it´s important that you make with your mouth a perfect circle and open it very shortly!! and your mouth has to be vertical like in the vid. I´m sure you can manage it :D
