candles121 is incorrect. Steve Martin DID write this song. There are several articles mentioning the day Vince and Dolly recorded this song with Steve, and countless others telling about how the lyrics and tune came to Steve while riding his bike around Boston while filming the Pink Panther in 2006. It's a beautiful tune. He has written five more songs, so hopefully is planning a second CD and another tour with his banjo.

actually Vince Gill wrote this song, not Steve Martin. He wrote it for his wife, Amy Grant. But you're right, it's a great song! :)

Nope, Steve wrote both the words and music to the song. The melody came to him while riding his bike in Paris while shooting The Pink Panther. He wrote the words much later. Read about it in the liner notes of the album.

Thanks for the honesty. It is like me. I do not know the differences in Rap and Hip Hop. To me there is no differences.

In Bluegrass, it is acoustic(with occasional electric bass) and no drums. Also, the driving instrument is usually a banjo or mandolin, with a fiddle or dobro doing some of the lead work here and there. Grass is less twangy and more "high and lonesome" sounding also.

if you google "convert youtube to mp3" you will pull up a bunch of free programs and sites, youtube even tells you about it. The one I downloaded and use is "DVDVideosoft", I had another one that was not quite so easy. All I do is copy the URL and past it to this program and it converts and saves it to my music on my computer - so awesome - then I just burn my CD's.
