Wallace should have not asked the question. Clinton had a 'Bin Laden unit' - he had his eye on him for the last years he was in office, and as he said went after him. Bush chose to ignore OBL because he didn't have the vision to think that a bunch of guys in turbans living in caves could gut-kick us like that. He was just interested in undoing regulations.

There is no inconsistency between the two statements. If you think there is, you should be bared from posting videos and comments on youtube. If you watch the video, you will see that he says that asking him specific question is acceptable, which is what he did two weeks later. You have shown a man who defends Clinton from unfair attacks, but will still ask difficult questions. "Why didn't you do more?" is a reasonable question. It doesn't mean that Clinton is the devil, but it is legitimate.
