Yes on 1984 Mr. Alan Hager introduce the coin slabbed in the market. PCGS followed on 1986 then NGC 1987. 1995 P Double Denomination 11c has 2 Full dates obverse w/ VDB- skull break, 2 LIBERTY- 2 IN GOD WE TRUST, P Mintmark. etc. KEY DATE too 1995. Major Dramatic error in all Dbl Denom.

Mr.Alan Hager of Accugrade is the one who invented of slabbing coin and professional expert. Slabbing/certifying coin start on 1984 by Accugrade follows by PCGS 1986,1987 NGC.., PCGS pay 100K for the expertised and patent of Accugrade Mr. Alan Hager.

I do know a little bit about this particular coin. It recieved a great deal of press coverage when it was first put on the market some years ago. What makes it so special is the fact that so many of the origional design characteristics from both coins are still present.
