  • No way a dime can be errored on a penny.

  • Not an expert regarding video films. Thank you.

  • 8.5 million? If you really want to sell it, you will have to focus on the wealthiest people in America. Not that youtube can't get you to that, but you have to make a better video, describing the coin. And then start to contact those that have the funds for buying such a coin.

  • COIN FACT ENCYCLOPEDIA PCGS :DOUBLE DENOMINATION ERRORS

One of the most expensive, popular, and desired types of errors are the double denominations. This error happens when a coin is struck on a previously struck coin of another denomination. Examples are a cent on a struck dime, and a nickel on a struck cent. The most dramatic are those with considerable design visible from the original strike.

  • ya know, the gov't mints these coins and plays them off as mistake and makes u think your special cuz you have one, and the only thing you are is special ed

  • Awesome COIN ! ! ! Nice Find ! ! !

It look like a blessing of Picasso or Monet..Call it 1995 Penny On Dime.

  • @pennyondime95 just one question though, why on earth are you selling it ? the longer you keep it, the more value it will have.

  • There is another user on here with the smae error coin as yourself.

  • @silver760 NOT ALL ERRORS IS THE SAME. THANK YOU.

  • Kenny G?

    Man, get real....

and why did you use ACCUGRADE to grade your coin? Should have used a REAL third party grading service.

  • Mr.Alan Hager of Accugrade is the one who invented of slabbing coin and professional expert. Slabbing/certifying coin start on 1984 by Accugrade follows by PCGS 1986,1987 NGC.., PCGS pay 100K for the expertised and patent of Accugrade Mr. Alan Hager.

  • @pennyondime95 are you saying that

    a) Mr. Hager invented slabbing,....

    b) PCGS bought Accugrade?..or the liscense to patent slab?

    c) is the slab in question hermeticaly sealed?

    d) origional owner?

I do know a little bit about this particular coin. It recieved a great deal of press coverage when it was first put on the market some years ago. What makes it so special is the fact that so many of the origional design characteristics from both coins are still present.

  • Beautiful coin.. Almost made me cry.

  • Alan Hager is a great man. He invented grading's awesome arrowhead holder. He attended my show in Boston and gave out 500+ free copies of his price giude. Much better than Beckett. Alan, youre the best!

  • Yes Indeed, Alan is ONE of the HONEST Person in Numismatist World.

  • cool how much is it worht do you think?
