If you want to stop all of your opponent's monsters, you have to activate Threatening Roar at or before the start of the Battle Phase. (Your opponent must declare that they are switching Phases. If they neglect to do so and just declare an attack, you can stop them and force them to state that they are entering their Battle Phase so you can activate a card in response.)
when you synch with the monster that limit reverse or call of the haunted brought back, the trap still stays on the field and just wastes ur field space, one of the drawbacks of the deck, thats why i suggest u play a couple magic planters, makes it flow nicer and gives u a better draw power :)
That watt deck is hilarious! watch something like this actually be tournament viable one day? Btw new duelist revolution support for them rules!

If you activate Threatening Roar in response to an attack, the attack still goes through since the attack has already been declared.
