@mammasbackformore The cars different because he changed the model and skin of the car. The doors freak out when you have ELS (Police light mod) on, and yes mods are ONLY for PC.

@MrUsArmy98 Have you tried to uninstall the LCPDFR and re in stall it to the latest version? Have you also patched your GTA 4 to 1.0.7.0 Patch?. If you havent than do that right away and untick Dsound and tick Xliveless.
