I think we tested the jump manual back in May 2007. Sounds like the program has changed. We will purchase and test again this summer. Will add the date disclaimer to our future reviews. Thanks for the update.
Wish I would have watched this before I bought plyo shoes. What a gimmick and waste of money. You had Vertical Project and Athletes Vertical Resource tied for first. Which would you recommend?
As a coach I would recommend the Vertical Project because it has more information and I already know how to taylor programs to be more sport specific for my athletes. If you are doing this alone, I'd go with the Athletes Vertical Resource because the program incorporates sport specific exercises. I really liked that the Jump Manual puts lots of importance on rest and recovery. This cannot be stressed enough. Hope that helps.

There are five 8 week programs that differ for body weight, weight, isometrics, plyometrics, etc
