There can be no doubt that Loeb is a talented and cold blooded driver (he's never even tried to through Daniel Elena out of the window).

Well, that would also prove than DE is the best overall copilot, despite of his unbearable voice, but still ...

There are other awesome good cars/pilots/copilots/engineers there, but everybody would enjoy it more in a more open era (lots of pro-Citroen, or pro-Ford judgements these last years, and not enough real independent teams).

Im guessing u havent seen events where "the best drivers of the world" compete in the same cars ( cant remember what its called ) There u see schumacher compeeting against loads of rally drivers :) So yes it is possible to compare them, controle and feeling of the car is the same, wheither if its in a formula car, or a rally car.

The Race of Champions is not a fair comparison in my oppinion. They should do a proper race and a proper rally, not just drive round in a figure of 8 :)

Daniel is married :) But voice intonation is a real part of the job. Modulations and volume variations indicate whether how the pilot should focus on this and helps him to see 150 meters ahead the car.

The thing about Sebastien is how cool he is, inside the car and out. You see footage of Solberg's face while he's driving and it looks like he's watching the scariest ever horror movie. Gronholm bitches and whines like a girl in interviews.

Sebastien? "The feeling was good." If he's just destroyed his car, "The feeling was bad. We can do better."

He is simply brilliant as a man, the victories come as a result.
