@newkid1969: It does. I have Unresponsive Celiac Disease with Hypersensitivity Disorder. Only 7 of us in the world are known to have it. I'm an advocate for children and parents of children who have food allergies and cannot be helped by a dietitian or still need support in addition to a dietitian. I've done this for quite a few years. The two most common misconceptions about Celiac disease is that it is not related to a chromosomal malformation and that most vinegars are safe.
Balsamic vinigar, though many with celiac disease can tolerate it does contain traces of gluten. The reason some people are able to tolerate it is because the gluten content is reduced through the fermentation process they use. Some do not have reactions to that small amount of gluten and can tolerate it however it does contain gluten and those who are more sensitive to gluten do have an immune response to it. If you have any more questions about this let me know. =)
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

I hope you're not on a gluten free diet. If you are, Balsamic vinegar contains gluten. Apple Cider vinegar is considered safe though.

Sorry to contradict you but a good balsamic vinegar does not contain any gluten.
