  • I live in NY and this guy isn't even scratching the surface. These aren't obscure places at all.

There is so much to do in NYC, no need to look for "obscure" spots, just explore. A large portion of the people who live in Manhattan don't live there for long, so they are exploring just as a tourist would. The bronx and Brooklyn aren't nearly as interesting to a newcome are Manhattan. When family comes to visit they are always mesmerized by the town

  • i have to agree with you here sony2hd, nyc only has a few tourist attractive areas in manhattan the rest of it are pieces of crap dangerous ugly neighborhoods!

i went to brooklyn and it was disgusting!

i dont think anyone in the right mind should live in NYC black and hispanic people have turned into a slime pit.

  • @sonicwhip the only slime pit here is you. Yeah I've seen that you left the comment a year ago and I don't care. Fucker.

  • @bloc22 fuck you.

  • You could probably do dozens of segments on "off the beaten path" New York City.

Free summer festivals, 100+ museums & gallerys, street fairs, beaches, cheap theater, book readings & poetry slams ...
