The composer was Neal (not Neil)Hefty, a jazz composer and arranger (the "E = Mc2" a.k.a. "Atomic Basie" album for Count Basie band for example)

The Shang's have done it again with this beautiful rendition of one of my favorite songs, and the video captures Harlow as the quintessential blonde. Superb !
