  • 5 people have insomnia.

  • All i think about is kids ranqe

  • this song is so awesome, it reminds of the music for fifth element which was cool too

  • LOVE THIS!!! So many different elements..

  • LOVE THIS!!!

  • If i listen to much of this, I get creeped.

    such a classic, love it

  • 4 people will sleep now.

  • Funny I'm listening to this moments before I go to sleep...

  • Kids Ranqe. <3

  • kids ranqe? meh

  • hehe the last part of this track was used in the trailer for Final Fantasy: Spirits Within

  • @AMOKfaction Nice. Good call.

  • Really epic soundtrack love this movie. Kiefer Sutherland plays awesome !

  • I love this song so much, gives me the chills every time I listen to it, so inspiring..

  • movies that are better than the bieber and twilight shit, Dark Knight, District 9, The Matrix, Dark City, Terminator 2, Inception, etc. there are so many great movies out there that are better than twilight, though they have a lot of action and special effects, the story was really well written in the movies I listed. Though this is an underrated movie, this is far better than twilight, this and the other movies I listed in this comment are real movies, not dumb movies like Twilight.

  • Please...This film was nothing but a darker version (read ripoff) of Philip K. Dicks story The Adjustment Bureau which is now a feature film. Proyas didn't even have the decency to change the antangonists abilities name from "Tuning" like in Adjustment Bureau. Other than that, this is a cool song and when I heard it for the first time while watching the trailer at the begining of The Fifth Element, I wanted the soundtrack.

  • @Nanoforge1 On the contrary, this movie came out much much earlier. Adjustment Bureau is just out now although the story was made many yrs ago. Anyway, screenplay had been changed and that gave DC with a totally new plot compared to AB. There's no ripping off. Much respect to Phillip K Dicks for Minority Report, Total Recall & Bladerunner.

  • @minionarcane You are mistaken, I am not comparing Dark City to the Adjustment Bureau movie, though the similarities are still there. I was comparing it to the stand alone story which if you research, you will find was published in 1954. Now that aside, there are too many similarities between the story and Dark City to be ignored and I stand by my previous comments.

  • @Nanoforge1 Not confused on that, mang. I compared against the 3 things in my reply there already. The original story, DC and the current AB movie. True, there should not be deviations from the original story from the 50's if the movies were based on the original story but still.., movies can be made a bit different and better than the original story and that's what i meant. Cheers.

  • kinda sounds like a dark James bond theme.

  • watched the trailer on imdb and had to find this song.

  • dl link pl0x?

  • I was in the theatre when this Trailer was in the previews before the movie came on... I almost died right there... I was like holy fucking shit I HAVE TO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!! this track along with the the way they pieced together the trailer was AMAZING!!! I love this movie and own a copy.. I've watched this movie probably about 50 times. Never gets old.. Any time a friend comes over that hasn't seen the movie I watch it again. =P

  • this and you have the power are just master pieces of music

  • Sounds a lot like Enigma

  • This soundtrack reminds me alot of the music from Legacy of Kain:Soul Reaver in places :)

Awesome song, if only it was longer! :D

  • This song is not long enough!

  • I don't get how this movie and soundtrack is so commonly paired against The Matrix.

  • This reminds me of Gramme Revell

  • I must have that song!!!! 0_O

  • This was also used in the english trailer for French film: "Brotherhood of the Wolf" which was also an amazing film.

  • This movie, unfortunately, came out in the same year as Matrix. This movie did not get nearly even close to receiving the attention it truly deserved. I'm gonna be frank, and say I liked this movie better than the Matrix.

  • I AGREE TO DISAGREE TO AGREE

  • I love you.

  • DIDO

  • It actually was released a year BEFORE The Matrix. In fact, several of Dark City's sets were used in the early scenes of The Matrix.

  • how mean

  • whoa, I would say I enjoyed both movies. But for entertainment purposes the Matrix blew this movie out of the water. I still loved this movie but more as a little side secret that seemed to pass everyone by.

  • I hate you !

  • I'm sure you do

  • I change my mind.

  • No it didn't. Dark City came out February 27, 1998. The Matrix came out March 31, 1999.

  • ok ok ok fine....geez

  • I was only trying to help. Sorry for correcting you....geez.

  • It is ok. I forgive you, brother. Go now, in peace.

  • o_O

  • I hear this and I think of The Strangers, especially that creepy little kid.

  • same here. i think of when the kid was walking and scrapping the knife on the wall

  • I love this track, and the movie. It was wonderful.

  • I was looking for new soundtracks from youtube, and I came across this. Glad I did. This track's so brilliant that it gives me goosebumps each time I listen to it.

  • this is the best trailer next to the first remake of superman

  • LOVE this song! I worked at a movie theater around the time of this movie and I used to put the trailer for this on every movie we had 'cuz I liked this song (and subsequently the movie actually) so much. Its my 2nd favorite trailer ever (and it gets my vote for the best)

  • MAX PAYNE

  • i know tell me about, i ask and even my brother forgot about this movie, hes 29... i mean i still remember i was young when i first watched this movie, its been so long.

  • I finally found the best music piece from one of my all time favorite movies, THANKS A BUNCH FOR POSTING!!!!

  • More people need to be introduced to this film!

  • why whats so good about it?

(this is coming from someone who has never heard of the film, and thus can be persuaded into seeing it)

  • It's considered a cult masterpiece, the "Matrix before the Matrix", it's (belatedly) adored by critics (one of Roger Ebert's Greatest Movies of All Time, recently made Rotten Tomatoes' list of the 10 Thinking Sci-Fi Movies, alongside 2001 and Blade Runner), and most everyone who happened to see it (including me).

It's quite a meditation on the nature of identity - and also a wicked, badass, beautiful neonoir adventure. It's got brains, looks, action, and Jennifer Connelly. You need more?

  • "You need more?"

    NO!

  • You dont NEED more... you WANT more!!! AHHHAAAHA

  • @KillahMate Co-sign!

  • löv it!
