If you got the SS2006 Ship Add-on, you would have a registration/license key. You must register on their Forum, go to your profile, and enter that license key. The download of the Add-on ships then becomes available for free. Otherwise, it will soon be available commercially.

Get what? The game? It's called Ship Simulator 2008. The Ship? It's called "Ocean Star", and comes with the game - sort of.
