I have listened to the song so many times.

But I tested it just in case you didn't believe me. The point where you start is 10.1 seconds and the last note hits at 43.8. That same point begins on the real song at 2:19.5 and ends and 2:50.3. If you subtract the numbers, it should be equal, but it's not. The difference is about 3 seconds, estimated. The "Don't Cry" tempo is 62.3 meaning that your tempo is about 60. Sorry dude, but it's slower. Again, I still said you did a good job.
