  • @MrTaoufik09 Yes, it's alright to do this but do it AFTER your lifting only and keep the overall volume low. Remember you're body is recovering at this point so if you can separate the sessions, that's going to be ideal.

  • @MrTaoufik09 the time depends on if you want to lose fat or not, to lose fat interval training for about 20 minutes doing 60 second at steady pace then 30 second sprint, and i would suggest doing this about twice a week.

  • @ManofTomorow they are large complex muscles, and when u work them your body needs to increase it's caloric expenditure to move them. as they grow, your basal metabolic rate will increase b/c your muscle mass will increase. complex lifts such as bench, rows, hang cleans, squats, deadlifts, will help burn fat. I'm a phys. ed. major with personal training and nutrition license so hopefully those credentials help man.

The fact that you have no idea what he meant then he points out his arms and legs clearly shows that you have no idea what impact large muscle groups have on your body, your hormones, your metabolism etc...

  • Vince program is really good,i bought it and it got really much much interesting and helpful stuff to get and stay in shape.

    Id recommend also Zach even esh things cuz his workout based on using open space and nature , much more fun then boring all around gym things.

    very simple: resistance training (weights)--> anabolism--> elevated metabolic rate-->constant fat burning (which is a product of your metabolic rate)-->more muscle-->muscle burns fat--->more fat-burning muscle

    this is not really disputable and if you eat properly, the fat will fall off quickly. these aren't secrets, just basic biology.

  • Nope, just stating the facts. Weight liftign does not use your aerobic system.

  • It does dude if done properly. Weight training done to create a metabolic disturbance is the most effective way to achieve weight loss. Steady state cardio is not effective at all unless you have some metabolic issues going on with your body.

  • He makes valid claims in regards to balancing your pushing/pulling and hip/quad dom exercises. If you fail to this you will most certainly have issues at some point.

  • @keyscoob well in a way weight lifting sort of does. Weight lifting increases muscle, more muscle=higher matobolism.

  • he is making a lot of sense , the outline is to the point , but it is an outline in terms of excercises, look into the variations on your own.

  • Hey vince M. i jump rope for hrs on end, only drink water, etc. the rest of my body is super, but my abs. i kno for sure its my eating habit. what do you recomend i do for that (change it of course)? like what do i eat and how much? im down for what ever it takes.

  • Eat monosaturated and polyunsaturated fats with lots of protien limit your carbs maybe drink a protien shake to eliminate sugar cravings. Remember abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. Try also going for foods that are wheat and use muscle confusion with high intense interval training to mix and match. Remember you are what you eat. hope this helps

  • I do all those exercises you mentioned and they are excellent but i dont do the on same day I have them spread during the week , i hope its alright. i hope its not that teedious . I have had great result for buiding muscle but still i have to break the fat barrier

  • Well like he said, over the course of a week you should hit each exercise. He's not saying do each exercise on the same day. As far as breaking the fat barrier, the right diet, cardio, and rest are also a must if you are struggling to see your six pack.
